explanation

this page arose from a conversation with Luke Schroeder (mICROgOBLET, Them Airs, Flooor) about an old RateYourMusic list I had made trying to catalog east coast diy bands. my goal for this is to remake that list from the ground up and host it here as a resource for musicians attempting to book a diy tour. I'll write more once the project moves along, but for now I'll set up a Pennsylvania page as a test. as always, let me know if you have comments/suggestions.
